New bathroom sconce

I went with the Possini Euro. I like the clean look and the metal rectangle kind of goes with my shower door motif. My husband drilled a big hole through the wall and we were able to get everything done in two days. I was the little helper and forgot to take any photo's of the process, but here's a picture of the bathroom before. The room has way more light! Hmm I wonder where else I can stick another sconce, these things make a room look wonderful!

Lighting in the bathroom

After living in hotel rooms last month, I'm really missing the fabulous lighting the bathrooms had. I do love my house but sometimes I wished it had more lighting. So to brighten up the guest bathroom will be a challenge since the walls are all made of concrete. Luckily behind the wall with the frame is a closest with a light. So in theory we could drill a hole through that wall and hook up the wiring through there.

Here are some older pictures of the bathroom. I'll post the updated photo's soon.

Pictures of my home

I wish everything was organized so I can take more pictures but this place still needs some work. The pictures above: the first one is the light in my entrance way and the other is a picture of my guest bathroom.

I miss my old office, it was so white and bright. I'm not sure what to do with my new office. I did make some curtains, so it looks a bit more cozier...

Having the shower head at the end of the shower curtain rail is such a cool idea! Click here for more info.

Check out Eurobad 74‘, an exhibition of europe’s worst interiors of 1974. I want a kitchen that matches my car!....

Angela Admas now at Bed Bath & Beyond

One of my favorite artists Angela Adams now sells bedding and bath items at Bed Bath and Beyond! It's so great when a designer goes mainstream, it's much nicer to see something before you buy it. Somedays I go walking down the street to the Assembly Square Mall in Somerville and I walk into BBB just to look at her items along with other designers like Jonathan Adler. It brings me so much joy! :P
