As I mentioned earlier this week, I was going to attend an open house for a nice little place in Andover, Massachusetts. Well, today was the day, so we drove up there and loved the area and the outside of the house. The inside was really cool, but it would need quite a bit of remodeling to bring it up to our super-finicky standards: there's an ugly stone fireplace, icky old carpeting, panelling, big energy inefficient windows all over the place, some odd color choices on the walls... The house is (in my opinion) grossly over-priced already, so I guess we'll keep looking.
